The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of vaccine materials whose particle is similar to an influenza virus using an insect cell expressing system. M1 protein, M2 protein and similar particles of M1-M2 virus used for influenza vaccine materials are produced in a stable and an efficient manner by the method.
