PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transit from a 2WD_d travel state to a 4WD travel state quickly.SOLUTION: When transition from a 2WD_d travel state to a 4WD travel state is performed, a first coupling 62 and a second coupling 64 are controlled to be engaged, thereby without reducing differential rotation speed of a front side clutch 44 itself, the front side clutch 44 is controlled to be engaged, and then transmission torque is generated on both of the first coupling 62 and the second coupling 64 on the basis of a vehicle travel state, so that compared with a case that 4WD transition control is performed according to normal 4WD transition control method, proper transmission torque according to the vehicle travel state is quickly generated on both of the first and second couplings 62, 64 since an initial stage of engagement of the first and second couplings 62, 64. |
