PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which suppresses coloring of transmitted light and has high total ray transmittance.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent conductive film in which an adhesive layer having a film thickness of 5 to 30 nm, a silver fiber having conductivity and a transparent conductive layer having a film thickness of 50 to 200 nm which is composed of a transparent resin coating film are constituted in this order on one surface of a transparent substrate. The transparent conductive film is provided with a functional layer on the other surface. The functional layer preferably is a hard coat layer having a refractive index difference from the transparent substrate, provided via an adhesive layer having a film thickness of 5 to 30 nm on a transparent substrate, of 0.02 or less and having a film thickness of 0.8 to 3.0 μm, a low refractive index layer provided on the hard coat layer having a refractive index of 1.30 to 1.45 and a film thickness of 80 to 110 nm or the low refractive index layer provided via an adhesive layer having a film thickness of 5 to 30 nm on a transparent substrate. |
