摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which can be reduced in cost by a simple structure, and in which a water pump can be reduced in size by efficiently decreasing a flow rate of cooling water circulating in a first cooling circuit.SOLUTION: In a cooling device 1 which comprises an engine 3, a first cooling circuit 5, a water pump 7, a first heat exchanger 9, a second cooling circuit 11, a second heat exchanger 13 and a third heat exchanger 15, a Venturi pipe 17 is arranged at the second cooling circuit 11, an inlet part 19 of the Venturi pipe 17 is connected to a first branch part 21 which is branched from a downstream side of the water pump 7, an outlet part 23 of the Venturi pipe 17 is connected to an upstream side of the second heat exchanger 13, cooling water discharged from the second heat exchanger 13 is made to flow into a throttle part 25 of the Venturi pipe 17 via the third heat exchanger 15, a second branch part 27 in which the cooling water is branched is arranged at an upstream side of the throttle part 25, and the cooling water which is branched at the second branch part 27 is aggregated at an aggregation part 29 at an upstream side of the water pump 7.</p>
