PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assisting device easily grasping whether the knee is bent in an appropriate angle.SOLUTION: An exercise assisting device 1 includes a footrest part 20, a lower-thigh angle regulation part 30 and a thigh angle regulation part 40. The footrest part 20 is for placing the sole of the foot of a user. The lower-thigh angle regulation part 30 is located upper than the footrest part 20, and is mounted on the footrest part 20 so as to get in touch with the lower-thigh of the user whose sole is placed on the footrest part 20. The thigh angle regulation part 40 is located at the back of the lower-thigh angle regulation part 30, and is mounted on the footrest part 20 so as to get in touch with the buttock and the thigh back side of the user whose sole is placed on the footrest part 20.
