<p>An apparatus for measuring marine information using a radar is disclosed. The apparatus for measuring marine information includes: an image receiving unit receiving two or more radar images with predetermined time intervals; a wave speed and wavelength calculation unit extracting a wave crest line of waves in the radar images and calculating a wave speed and a wavelength with respect to a specific point based on the movement of the extracted wave crest line; and a water depth calculation unit calculating water depth with respect to the specific point from the wave speed and the wavelength of the calculated specific point.</p> |
