<p>The present invention provides a base station device to derive the same effect as building a quick and highly secure private network while minimizing an impact on the existing core network by having data between a terminal and a business organization (a private device) having resistance to external exposure of internal data offloaded in the base station device, and accordingly enabling data transmission and reception between the terminal and the private device not to go through any node in the core network; and an operation method thereof.
