PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control actions taken by transmitting-side devices and receiving-side devices with high flexibility when transmitting and receiving data among a plurality of devices.SOLUTION: A POS system 1 includes display tablet terminals 102, a host device 11, and a control tablet terminal 101 for transmitting data. The host device 11 includes a storage unit 25 having data boxes, each being associated with a display terminal 102, and a device control unit 20 which provides control to put data transmitted by the control tablet terminal 101 into the data boxes. The device control unit 20 causes data stored in a data box to be transmitted to a display tablet terminal 102 associated with the data box, and provides control to cause a result notification representing a result of transmission of the data to be transmitted to the control tablet terminal 101 on the basis of a notification transmitted from the display tablet device 102. |
