FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: device for drying bee-bread combs comprises a housing, the heating elements, the air ducts, the shelves for combs, a loading door, and also a drum made in the form of a cylinder. The shelves for the combs, having a cross-sectional U-shaped profile, are mounted radially on the upper and lower bases of the drum. The open part of the U-shaped profile is directed into the drum. The shelves for the combs are offset from each other so that the combs with bee-bread mounted on them form an acute angle with the drum shaft. On the upper and lower bases of the drum the radially located protrusions are formed in the form of the plates bent outwards of the drum so that in front of them in the base of the drum an opening is formed, which dimensions are equal to the size of the plates. The bent parts of the plates at the upper and lower bases of the drum are directed in opposite directions. The outer surface of the housing is covered with a layer of heat-insulating material.EFFECT: improvement of quality of the finished product.2 dwg |
