PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surfactant composition for obtaining a coating composition that can impart excellent smoothness to a coating surface, has low accumulating property in an environment or a living body, less likely foams, and easily eliminates foams even when foams are produced.SOLUTION: A surfactant composition comprises: a fluorine-based surfactant obtained by copolymerizing a monomer having a fluorinated alkyl group having 4 to 6 carbon atoms and a monomer expressed by general formula below, as essential monomers; and a compound obtained by a Michael addition reaction of 1 mole of a compound having k (where k is 2 or more) of (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule and 2 to k moles of a compound having active hydrogen and a fluorinated alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. In the formula, R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X and Y each independently represent an alkylene group; m and n each represent 0 or an integer of 1 or more, and the sum of m and n is 2 or more; and Z represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. |
