<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables production of a conductive polymer having high conductivity and processing advantages in large amounts from an inexpensive raw material.SOLUTION: A method of purifying an aniline-based conductive polymer is based on purifying a solution of an aniline-based conductive polymer of 40°C or higher by an ion exchange method. The aniline-based conductive polymer is of formula (1), where Rto Rare independently a hydrogen atom, a 1-4C linear or branched alkyl group, a 1-4C linear or branched alkoxy group, an acidic group, a hydroxy group, a nitro group or a halogen atom; and at least one of Rto Ris an acidic group or its salt group.</p> |
