<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tea or coffee beverage in which generation of precipitates is suppressed.SOLUTION: A method for producing a tea or coffee beverage is used which includes the steps of: (i) cooling a tea or coffee extract; (ii) adding an adsorbent to the cooled tea or coffee extract; (iii) solid-liquid separating the adsorbent-added tea or coffee extract; (iv) storing the tea or coffee extract solid-liquid separated in the step (iii) for 20 min or more; and (v) solid-liquid separating the stored tea or coffee extract.</p> |
