PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of a glycan sample achieved by using a glycan capture substance, and suitable for electrochemical detection.SOLUTION: Provided is the preparation method of a glycan sample achieved by using a glycan capture substance. In the method, in a cleaning step of a carrier which captures the glycan, as a protein solubilizer, substance having oxidation reduction potential higher than that of the glycan such as sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) or Tween20, after the prepared glycan is separated by liquid chromatography, the prepared glycan can be efficiently detected by an electrochemical method. |
