PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit video in consideration of condition on a viewer who is viewing a video.SOLUTION: A video editing device 10 records recording time of a point in which a viewer takes distinctive action from a viewer video which shows condition of the viewer who is viewing a video content. Then, the video editing device 10 extracts video image data of a time zone of a predetermined range from the point corresponding to the recording time when the distinctive action is taken from the video content. And then, the video editing device 10 prepares an edited video in which the extracted video image data is connected in time series.
