<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine branch insertion device which allows for selection and branch operation of mechanical vibration.SOLUTION: The machine branch insertion device includes a substrate (100), a mechanical ring resonator (108) consisting of an annular thin film arranged while spaced apart from the substrate (100), and capable of selecting a mechanical vibration satisfying the resonance conditions, a plurality of waveguides (110, 111) consisting of a thin film arranged while spaced apart from the substrate (100), so as to be coupled with a part of the outer edge of the ring of the mechanical ring resonator (108), and used for branching or inserting the mechanical vibration, and a support (101) formed on the substrate (100), and supporting the mechanical ring resonator (108) and the waveguides (110, 111) from a direction perpendicular to the propagation direction of mechanical vibration.</p> |
