PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator including a leak current sink circuit capable of suppressing influence of a leak current of an output transistor at a high temperature and reducing current consumption at a normal temperature.SOLUTION: A voltage regulator is configured to include: an error amplification circuit 104 for amplifying a difference between a reference voltage output by a reference voltage circuit 103 and a feedback voltage output by a voltage division circuit 106 for dividing an output voltage output by an output transistor, and controlling a gate of the output transistor; and a leak current sink circuit 107 that is connected to an output terminal, does not operate at a normal temperature, and suppresses influence of a leak current from the output transistor only at a high temperature. |
