In the case of matching, an installation position of the facility terminal (3-2) is registered as a position of the user (U1)(S14). When a user (U-2) inputs input authentication information (70) and inquiry information (91) by a facility terminal (3-7)(S31), those information are collated with the setting authentication information (S32). In the case of matching, on the basis of the inquiry information (91), user location notification information (92) including a map giving the positions of the facility and the user (U1) is indicated in a display portion of the facility terminal (3-7) and notified to the user (U2)(S35). |
