<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of improving performance of the sensor while ensuring wide viewing angle.SOLUTION: The sensor includes: a package 4 with a base plate 2 and a lid 3; a chip 5 mounted within the package; and a lens 6 installed on the package. The lens has a first plane facing to the chip and a second plane at the side opposite to the first plane. The first plane has a first convex part 7 facing to the chip; and a second plane has a second convex part 8 facing to the chip. Thus, the sensor provides an improved performance while ensuring a wide viewing angle.</p> |
