PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device capable of preventing an operation which should not be executed on an electronic document.SOLUTION: A document management device comprises: reception means 40 which receives an operation request for an electronic document from an operator; operation information extraction means 42 which extracts operation information of the operation request; storage means 22 which stores operation history information storing pieces of past operation information that are pieces of operation information of past operation requests for electronic documents in the past; execution propriety determination means 44 which reads out the operation history information from the storage means 22, and determines propriety of execution of an operation specified by the operation request on the basis of the operation information and the operation history information; and operation execution means 46 which executes the operation specified by the operation request when the execution propriety determination means 44 determines that it is appropriate to execute the operation. |
