PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge device which is user friendly and clean while improving reliability.SOLUTION: A droplet discharge device 10 comprises: a carriage 37 mounted with a droplet discharge head 32 for discharging droplets onto a recording medium P; a carriage movement mechanism 39 for moving the carriage 37 in a reciprocating manner in a direction intersecting with a direction in which the recording medium P is transported; and an outer case 20 having opening/closing covers 60 and 70 for opening at least a part of a carriage movement region S of the carriage 37. The opening/closing covers 60 and 70 have a plurality of ribs 62 and 75 having predetermined heights H on surfaces facing the carriage movement region S under a closed state. Charging members 80 are disposed among the plurality of ribs 62 and 75 so as to expose adsorption surfaces 81a where fine droplets are adsorbed. |
