PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control a power value of a power line on the basis of a prediction value of power consumption of a power load.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling a power adjustment device for adjusting power of a power line to which a power load and a distribution type power supply for supplying power to the power load are connected comprises: a first calculation unit for calculating the distribution type power supply's output target value fluctuating as time passes on the basis of the power load's prediction value fluctuating as time passes; and a control unit which controls the power adjustment device so that a value of power of the power line decreases when an actual value of the output power is higher than a value corresponding to the output target value calculated by the first calculation unit, and controls the power adjustment device so that a value of power of the power line increases when the actual value of the output power is lower than the value corresponding to the output target value calculated by the first calculation unit.
