PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a fluid pressure feed device continuously even if short circuit occurs in one electrode pair, in a technology for applying a voltage to a plurality of electrode pairs and fluidizing the working fluid by EHD effect.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure feed device includes a plurality of electrode pairs 10a, 10b, 10c for fluidizing the working fluid in a flow path 3 by applying a voltage from a power supply 4, and fuses 62a, 62b, 62c, 72a, 72b, 72c for interrupting the current when an overcurrent flows. The fuses 62a, 72a are arranged on the wirings 61a-63a, 71a-73a for applying a voltage only to the electrode pair 10a, the fuses 62b, 72b are arranged on the wirings 61b-63b, 71b-73b for applying a voltage only to the electrode pair 10b, and the fuses 62c, 72c are arranged on the wirings 61c-63c, 71c-73c for applying a voltage only to the electrode pair 10c. |
