PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aggregator service system that obtains all maintenance information of a contract vehicle, prevents supply and demand performance from being reduced by maintenance of an electric vehicle, stabilizes power supply and demand performance of an aggregator, and can contribute to smoothing power consumption of an electric power network.SOLUTION: A HEMS 210 includes: an electric power adjustment unit 211 that communicates with a charge/discharge device 220 and commands the charge/discharge of a battery 240 of an electric vehicle 230; a user information transmission part 212 for transmitting user information to a contract aggregator 1 of a user 2 through an information network 5; and a maintenance information input part 213 with which the user inputs a maintenance schedule of the electric vehicle 230 as maintenance information. |
