PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a temperature up to the temperature by which radio equipment can be operated.SOLUTION: A radar antenna 1 rotatably mounted with a radiating device 2 on a pedestal 3, and arranged with a motor 32 for making the radiating device 2 rotate and radio equipment 33 inside the pedestal 3 includes: a temperature sensor 34 for measuring a temperature inside the pedestal 3; and a motor control part 35 for making a motor 32 generate heat by repeating normal rotation and reverse rotation of the motor 32 at the period of a short time to the extent to start a rotation of the radiating device 2 in the case where the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 34 is equal to or less than a predetermined temperature when activation is started.
