<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent capable of providing a colorless transparent surface coated film excellent in corrosion resistance, water resistance and solvent resistance when a metal surface is coated.SOLUTION: The coating agent is manufactured by mixing an organosiloxane composition obtained by hydrolytic condensation of phenyltrimethoxysilane, diphenyl dimethoxysilane and glycidoxyalkyltrialkoxysilane which are general purpose materials and an organosiloxane composition obtained by hydrolytic condensation of phenyltrimethoxysilane, diphenyl dimethoxysilane and mercaptoalkyltrialkoxysilane and adding a heat curing catalyst.</p> |
