<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display element capable of suppressing reduction of light through a color filter.SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display element includes: a first substrate 11A; a first electrode layer 12 disposed on one surface of the first substrate 11A; a color filter layer 14 disposed on a surface side of the first electrode layer 12 opposite to a surface side facing the first substrate 11A; a polymer/liquid crystal composite layer 10 disposed on a surface side of the color filter layer 14 opposite to a surface side facing the first electrode layer 12; a second electrode layer 13 disposed on a surface side of the polymer/liquid crystal composite layer 10 opposite to a surface side facing the color filter layer 14; and a second substrate 11B disposed on a surface side of the second electrode layer 13 opposite to a surface side facing the polymer/liquid crystal composite layer 10.</p> |
