<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peak analysis method for obtaining a feature quantity included in three-dimensional spectrum data obtained by a sensor.SOLUTION: Two-dimensional peak geometry is obtained from three-dimensional spectrum data, and derived factors of peaks are estimated from peak trends included in the two-dimensional peak geometry to obtain a feature quantity. In this case, temporary identifiers are given to a plurality of peaks arrayed in a first direction of the peak geometry, and a working function which connects a plurality of peaks arrayed in a second direction of the peak geometry is generated, and a value obtained by connecting the plurality of peaks arrayed in the second direction by the working function on the basis of the temporary identifiers is obtained while interchanging the plurality of peaks arrayed in the first direction, and temporary identifiers of peaks connected by the working function are changed to a common identifier if the obtained value of the working function is within a prescribed range.</p> |
