<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing unit which can reduce pressure loss and can be easily manufactured, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A mixing unit 10 for mixing a two-liquid mixed type coagulating agent used in a tunnel auxiliary construction method, includes: a pipe-like first module 1 which has a first flow channel 11, a second flow channel 12, and a connection channel connecting both flow channels integrally formed, the connection channel formed in a curved shape and connecting the first flow channel 11 and the second flow channel 12 so as to have an obtuse angle; a pipe-like second module 2 which has a first flow channel 21, a second flow channel 22, and a connection channel connecting both flow channels integrally formed, the connection channel formed in a curved shape and connecting the first flow channel 21 and the second flow channel 22 so as to have an obtuse angle; and a connection part which connects the first flow channel 11 of the first module 1 and the first flow channel 21 of the second module 2 so as to be adjacent with each other and is formed with a joined flow channel 311 for communicating the ends of the first flow channels 11, 21.</p> |
