PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfortable men's underwear which separates the penis and the scrota, holds the penis upward, releases the scrota downward to dissipate heat, and does not come into contact with sensitive sites such as distal ends of both thighs.SOLUTION: Provided is men's underwear which in close contact with the lower abdominal region surrounded by the inguinal regions, including inner patch cloth 5 linked to outer patch cloth 3 at two points on respective inguinal regions, the outer patch cloth covering the lower abdominal region, to form a penis holding section. Both ends of a lower edge 7 of the inner patch cloth are linked to the outer patch cloth on a lower edge 4 of the outer patch cloth or in further lower region made by extending at least one of the outer or inner patch cloths, to form a penis introduction section 9. A region between one end of the lower edge or a linked part 8 at a tip end of the extended region and the linked parts 6 on the inguinal regions is opened as side apertures 11 to allow the penis to be put in or taken out from the side. In addition, a support section 13 for covering a top of the scrota of the wearer and a scrota pocket 14 made of elastic net are provided at a lower site corresponding to the crotch continued to the penis holding section by linking the periphery of the site to the main body cloth to thereby form men's underwear with no discomfort which holds the penis upward while allowing heat dissipation from the scrota.
