<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold an underwater device in a fixed position at an underwater lifting device which moves up and down the underwater device protruding from a ship bottom.SOLUTION: An underwater lifting device 100 moves up and down an underwater device 10 protruding from a ship bottom 5 and includes: a lifting rod 20 which supports the underwater device 10 so that the underwater device 10 may move up and down; a lifting actuator 30 which drives the lifting rod 20; a winch drum 50 which takes up a rope 55 for suspending the lifting rod 20; a motor 70 which drives the winch drum 50; and a brake 60 which puts a brake on rotation of the winch drum 50 during the operation stop of the lifting actuator 30. The lifting rod 20 and the underwater device 10 are held in fixed positions through the rope 55.</p> |
