<p>The present invention suggests a base station device which effectively prevents a session between a terminal and a core network from being released with regard to a terminal having data transmission and reception with a private device but having no data transmission and reception via the core network, and an operation method thereof, so as to provide an environment which enables data transmission and reception between the terminal and the private device without going through the core network.
