摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a smart TV capable of providing emotionally appealing advertisements. The smart TV does not show advertisements directly to the users watching broadcast contents on the screen in order not to interfere watching while maximizing the effectiveness of the advertisements provided from advertisers. The smart TV includes: a broadcast content processing module; an advertisement conversion indicator; and a post-control advertisement implementation module. The broadcast content processing module controls a wired/wireless communication module to receive packetized broadcast contents and advertisement tag contents from a broadcast content server through a broadcast communication network to implement the broadcast contents in the unit of broadcast transmission frames through streaming. The broadcast content processing module separates the broadcast contents and the advertisement tag contents to implement the broadcast contents through streaming the broadcast contents frame by frame. The implicit advertisement implementation module enables a user to recognize advertisement conversion indicators for the explicit advertisement conversion of the advertisement subjects matched respectively to the tag data included in the advertisement tag contents and implicit indicators for the advertisement subjects while implementing the broadcast contents by streaming the broadcast contents frame by frame to an output unit. The post-control advertisement implementation module receives a storage signal through the input interface while the broadcast contents are streamed to store the broadcast transmission frames being implemented at the signal reception point, tag data included in the broadcast transmission frames, advertisement conversion indicators matched to the tag data respectively, and implicit indicators thereof. The post-control advertisement implementation module displays the stored tag data and the broadcast transmission frames including the advertisement conversion indicators and implicit indicators matched to the tag data respectively onto the output unit after the streaming process of the broadcast contents is completed.</p>
