PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize rigidity and secure kerf function even at a wearing ending period.SOLUTION: The kerf structure for a snow tire is related to a kerf structure for a snow tire in which, unit structures, in each of that a spiral-shaped projection 122 is formed at the outer periphery surface of a semi-cylinder-shaped column 121, are continuously formed with separation of a constant distance and, in the unit structures, convex parts and concave parts are arranged alternately in the form of zigzag. Blocks are downed at an adequate level in the kerf structure, rigidity which can maintain raking force that is the primary function of the kerf is optimized while securing friction force by small blocks in a tread part partitioned by the kerf, and rigidity of the tread blocks is lowered even at the wearing ending period, resulting in an effect of securing the kerf function on snow. |
