PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit capable of efficiently charging from early morning.SOLUTION: A power-generation and storage combination system 1 stores the power generated by photovoltaic power generation in a battery unit 3 during daytime while supplying the power to an external unit 5, and supplies the power stored in the battery unit 3 to the external unit 5 during night. The battery unit 3 includes: a dischargeable storage battery 6 for storing the power generated by the photovoltaic power generation; and a heater 7 for heating the storage battery 6. A control unit 4 includes: a memory 11 that stores the sunrise time of the day which is calculated from power variation based on the photovoltaic power generation; and a heater power output section 12 that outputs a control signal to the heater 7 to start heating the storage battery 6 at a predetermined time prior to the sunrise time of the previous day stored in the memory 11. |
