PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an effect caused by the amendment of the Stamp Tax Act.SOLUTION: A receipt issuance device sets a first set amount and a second set amount which is greater than the first set amount, and comprises notification means for reporting that a stamp is not necessary when a total amount of a commodity bought by a customer exceeds the first set amount or is equal to the first set amount, and is equal to or less than the second set amount.
