PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring clip which achieves good panel attachment workability and generates a secure and stable holding force.SOLUTION: A spring clip 1 detachably holds a second panel 12 on a first panel 11 and includes: a U-shaped clip body 2; a spring member 3 which is attached to the clip body 2 and provides a holding force to the clip body 2; and a fastening member 4 which fastens the clip body 2 and the spring member 3 to the first panel 11. The clip body 2 includes: an inner base part 21 which holds the second panel 12 from the inner side of a vehicle body; an outer base part 22 which holds the second panel 12 from the outer side of the vehicle body; and a connection part 23. The spring member 3 includes: a spring inner base part 31 which is engaged with the inner base part 21; a spring outer base part 32 which is engaged with the outer base part 22; and a spring connection part 33. The connection part 23 includes an insertion hole 23a into which the spring inner base part 31 is inserted. The fastening member 4 fixes the spring inner base part 31 and the inner base part 21 to the first panel 11.
