PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamper capable of easily forming a liquid repellent surface which continuously exhibits excellent liquid repellency to various liquids by transfer on a surface of a plastic molded body.SOLUTION: There is provided a stamper 20 in which a hierarchical structure surface consisting of a first protrusion and recession 23 and a second fine protrusion and recession 25 formed on at least a recessed bottom surface of the first protrusion and recession 23 has a shape-imparting surface.
