<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer that suppresses fluctuation in nozzle negative pressure between those before discharge and after discharge of ink to perform ink circulation satisfactorily and have satisfactory printing quality.SOLUTION: An inkjet printer of the invention includes: an inkjet head for discharging ink from a nozzle; an ink circulation path that leads from an upstream side container to a downstream side container via the inkjet head and leads from the downstream side container to the upstream side container; an ink tank that is connected between the nozzle of the ink circulation path and the downstream side container, and capable of transportation of the ink to the ink circulation path and transportation of the ink from the ink circulation path; and a control unit for controlling the transportation of the ink between the ink circulation path and the ink tank on the basis of a difference of the nozzle negative pressures between those before and after ink discharge and for performing correction to reduce the difference of the negative pressures of the nozzle.</p> |
