<p>The present invention relates to a graphene structure which is formed doped with a monoatomic gas, an power generation device using the graphene structure, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the power generation device manufacturing method includes the steps of: growing a mono-layer graphene structure by using a CVD method; transferring the grown graphene structure onto a substrate; doping a monoatomic substance onto the graphene structure transferred to the substrate to enable the bond between the carbon atoms in the graphene structure and the monoatomic substance through doping; and depositing an electrode material on both ends of the graphene structure.</p> |
