PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat and oil-containing food product produced through a heat sterilization treatment in which a change of flavor is suppressed by the heat sterilization.SOLUTION: The fat and oil-containing food product contains a medium chain fatty acid-containing triglyceride and is produced through being subjected to a heat sterilization treatment after the food product is filled and sealed in a container. The fat and oil-containing food product contains the medium chain fatty acid-containing triglyceride in a content of 0.5-30 mass%. The fat and oil-containing food product is a fat and oil-containing food product containing a milk fat. The fat and oil-containing food product is a fat and oil-containing food product containing a speiss.
