PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional fermented product which is particularly an Anoectochilus spp. fermented product, a manufacturing method and application of the fermented product.SOLUTION: Because an Anoectochilus spp. fermented product disclosed in the present invention can be used for hypoglycemic, therapy of obesity or metabolic syndrome, therapy of fatty liver, and therapy of diabetes, it is combined with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or filler to prepare a pharmaceutical composition, and mixed with at least one food product composition to form a food product for disease prevention and health maintenance. |
