PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backside protective sheet for solar batteries which is capable of reflecting light in a wavelength regions ranging 380 to 4000 nm efficiently, and superior in thermal isolation, and has the function of increasing the energy conversion efficiency of a solar battery.SOLUTION: A backside protective sheet V for solar batteries comprises: a plastic film; and an easily-adherable coating layer on one principal surface side of the plastic film. The easily-adherable coating layer includes particles of titanium oxide; the titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.35-0.5 μm accounts for 30-70 wt.% to the total weight of the easily-adherable coating layer.
