PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing execution of unnecessary deceleration support.SOLUTION: A support point management system comprises: support point acquisition means which acquires a support point registered as a target of deceleration support; and exclusion means which, when a vehicle does not decelerate at the support point and travels a newly constructed road after the support point, excludes the support point from targets of the deceleration support.
