PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based polyurethane composition having favorable application workability at 5°C and high surface curing speed, preventing a coated film from being peeled even when hot water flows down repeatedly or when a heavy load drops, and preventing walkers from slipping and overturning even in a wet condition, and to provide a construction method thereof to floor base concrete.SOLUTION: A hydraulic polymer cement composition containing polyol, a catalyst, polyisocyanate, cement, an aggregate and water is provided, where polyol consists of castor oil modified trifunctional polyol, tetrafunctional polyol having a bisphenol A skeleton and bifunctional polyether polyol having the bisphenol A skeleton, and further contains an alcohol compound having a hydroxyl group equivalent of 100 to 200 and a hydroxyl group, and the total part number of cement and the aggregate is 75 to 90 pts.wt. in 100 pts.wt. of the whole composition. There is also provided a construction method thereof to floor base concrete. |
