<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift device of a manual transmission, capable of improving operability of a shift-and-select shaft caused by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a shift device 3, a guide pin 52 is attached to a columnar support 53 formed integral with a shift case body 6, and a shift arm 15 having a guide groove 45 into which a tip 52a of the guide pin 52 is inserted is attached to a shift-and-select shaft 8 located in the shift case body 6. In addition, an operating-force setting mechanism 57 is attached to the columnar support 53 formed integral with the shift case body 6, and a cam member 54 onto which a movable body 59 of the operating-force setting mechanism 57 is pushed is attached to the shift-and-select shaft 8 attached to the shift case body 6.</p> |
