FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: this vehicle comprises motor boat hull (1) accommodating the bearing frame (5) to support multipropellant diesel with hydraulic pump station, power units and water-jet (6). Front and rear wheel unit radial lifting mechanisms (8) driven by hydromotors (7) are arranged outside the LR and RH boards of hull (1) and secured to the bearing frame (5) to lift and lower said wheel units. LH and RH wheel units are composed of bearing crossbars (9) gimbal mounted at radial lift mechanisms (8). Every crossbar 9 has four independent spring-hydraulic suspensions composed by leverage (11, 13) arranged parallel with crossbar (9). Base of lower lever (13) supports housing (19) of centrifugal hydro motor (10) with wheel (3) hub (24). Torque is transmitted by working fluid via pipes to hydromotors (10) of all wheels (3), water-jet hydromotor (6) and hydromotors of actuators.
