PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an element from being damaged by a high voltage of an inrush current at ESD and switch-on by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In input means 80 of an MCU 60, a bidirectional Zener diode 90 having one end connected between an input switch 14A for UP and a comparator 88A is provided, and a bidirectional Zener diode 92 having one end connected between an input switch 14B for DOWN and a comparator 88B is provided. The other ends of the bidirectional Zener diodes 90 and 92 are each grounded. |
