PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an existing control device to be more reliably replaced by a new control device.SOLUTION: A new cable 230 from under an installation floor F is connected to control equipment 220 of a new control panel 200 through a surplus opening 301 of a channel base 300 protruding from an existing control panel 100. The existing control panel 100 is removed by detaching an existing cable 130 from the existing control panel 100, and the new control panel 200 is moved to a position where the existing control panel 100 is installed.
