PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detection circuit capable of highly accurately detecting currents flowing through a switch element without being affected by the individual variations of on-resistance and a motor control device capable of accurately determining an overcurrent state without being affected by the individual variations of the on-resistance.SOLUTION: A current detection circuit 1 configured to detect currents flowing to a switch element Q whose one end S is connected via a wiring member Rp includes: first resistance Rd whose one end is connected to the other end D of the switch element Q; and second resistance Roff whose one end is connected to the other end of the first resistance Rd, and whose other end is grounded. A voltage of a connection point N between the first resistance Rd and the second resistance Roff is output as a detection voltage showing currents flowing to the switch element Q, and the resistance value of the second resistance Roff is a value based on the resistance value of the first resistance Rd, the specification value of the on-resistance of the switch element Q and the measured value of the on-resistance of the switch element Q. |
