<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of processing accuracy due to heat generation of a spindle in a rotary processing device in which the spindle for rotating a processing tool is attached to a spindle holding body.SOLUTION: The rotary processing device comprises: a member for coupling an upper part attachment part for fixing a spindle to a spindle holding body in a state that the spindle is suspended, to the spindle; a fixing member to which the member for coupling is attached, and is disposed on the spindle holding body side; and fixing means for fixing the member for coupling and the fixing member with an elastic body interposed therebetween.</p> |
